LIFESTEPS® is a great program for individuals who are in or close to a healthy weight range and are concerned about their eating and physical activity patterns for health reasons. These individuals may be:

  • Within a healthy weight range, but have seen a slow increase in weight.
  • Maintaining their weight through less than desirable eating and exercise habits.
  • Ready to make changes in eating and physical activity behaviors.
  • Are willing to make a commitment to improve their health.

Their weight is in a healthy range, but they want to develop a healthier lifestyle.


For this audience, LIFESTEPS can provide:

  • The opportunity to monitor behavior and identify areas for change.
  • Basic information on nutrition, meal planning, portion management, and physical activity.
  • Goal setting.
  • Additional resources for individual learning on specific topics such as dealing with socials situations, eating out and dealing with emotional eating.
